I saw a naturopathic doctor today, one of the things he said was I have

a sinus infection. I take a clove of garlic every day. I will increase

it. How much do you think I should take? What other foods have natural

anti-bacterial qualities?

Minnie, do you use a neti pot? They are very helpful with sinus

infections. www.healthandyoga.com/sinus.html

You might try reading the book by Doug Kaufmann, " The Fungus Link " . There is

a lot of great information in it. He has a total of 7 books. I checked them

out of my library, so you might want to check there. Here's his web site:

Another thing you could take as a supplement to get you through this is

Oreganol liquid oregano. It costs more than some of the other brands, but if

you consider the cost per dose, it's actually cheaper! Oreganol is

anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-viral. I've used it for several

different things, and I think it is almost a miracle cure!
