Guest guest
True, Shari, and what's more, Dr. Graham has been successfully raw for more than a quarter century without having to change his way of eating every few months. I found his method within the first few weeks of my transition period and I'm so glad I did! It makes it EASY to eat raw and stay raw! All foods not only have fat, they have protein, too. The only one I can think of that has so little of either one that they aren't easily measured is the date. They do not eat olive oil, nut butters and limit their avocado intake more than any other raw fooders I've studied. > > I'm listening to Loren Lockman's tape seminars " Creating Health " and in it he says that EVERY fruit has fat in it. Fat is needed to make a cell and since everything is made up of cells, there is fat in all fruit. > > Shari > >
