True, Shari, and what's more, Dr. Graham has been successfully raw for

more than a quarter century without having to change his way of eating

every few months. I found his method within the first few weeks of my

transition period and I'm so glad I did! It makes it EASY to eat raw

and stay raw!

 

All foods not only have fat, they have protein, too. The only one I

can think of that has so little of either one that they aren't easily

measured is the date.
