Guest guest Posted April 23, 2006 Report Share Posted April 23, 2006 Bridgette, the other day, I logged my food on fitday (I did that for months but I am pretty sure of what I should be eating now to get enough calories so I quit) and I got 24 grams of fat. Don't you think that's enough without adding an olive oil/tahini mix to it?
