I think it would be difficult to be on " no fat " when eating 100% raw. (Woops! There's that term again!) Guest guest Posted April 22, 2006 Report Share Posted April 22, 2006 I agree, but even Dr. Graham, Roz Grubin, Loren Lockman, to name a few, do not eat concentrated fats such as were in the recipe. They do not eat olive oil, nut butters and limit their avocado intake more than any other raw fooders I've studied. I'm listening to Loren Lockman's tape seminars " Creating Health " and in it he says that EVERY fruit has fat in it.
