Some fat is good for you! Dressings/too much fat

PS on the previous post. Most foods have some fat. One that comes to

mind that doesn't is dates. I think it would be difficult to be

on " no fat " when eating 100% raw. (Woops! There's that term again!) :)

I agree, but even Dr. Graham, Roz Grubin, Loren Lockman, to name a few, do not

eat concentrated fats such as were in the recipe. They do not eat olive oil,

nut butters and limit their avocado intake more than any other raw fooders I've

studied.

 

I'm listening to Loren Lockman's tape seminars " Creating Health " and in it he

says that EVERY fruit has fat in it. Fat is needed to make a cell and since

everything is made up of cells, there is fat in all fruit.

well you should not be concerned with getting fat over

eating fatty raw dressings It seems quite apparent

that you would have to be eating extreme amounts of

fat if you'r at a desirable weight level before you

started getting bigger
