Some fat is good for you! Dressings/too much fat

When eating raw I really don't count fat, I'm not eating it all

the time. Because of the low fat no fat fad in the SAD diet I feel

the general public has become confused and replaced the fat with

junky carbs/sugar. Thus low fat/fat free for non-raws is not

necessarly good.

Because we don't follow the SAD diet I feel we need the

unsaturated fats from oils and nuts that have good fats.
