Hello everyone, my name is Sarah and this is my third day raw.

Everyone has been very supportive (I feel like I quit something major

by giving up cooked food, as I'm sure most people do). I've been

subsisting on Think bars and nuts and kombucha and carrots. I really

believe in this way of life, but there are very few raw veggies I like

(right now), so it's a matter of experimenting I guess. I've been

sick with the flu and I'm not sure right now how I will feel when I'm

well, so its been hard to gauge, but I really love eating this way and

I'm happy I made the switch.
