~~Sorry but at least one of your assumptions were wrong :) I haven't been

abusing my body for years with drug use (unless 2 years in my early twenties

of smoking pot count <smile>. Did you assume that from my saying I have HCV?

Did you know there are several other ways to contract it, other than IV drug

use/needle sharing? I have never done 'hard' drugs :) But it's interesting

that you assumed how I contracted it :) I think lots of people who are not

knowledgeable about HCV make the same general assumptions, which in turn,

keep a 'negative' stereotype going about people with HCV. No biggie, but I

did want to point it out :)

But yes, until the last 4 years I did not eat all organic....and even though

I have greatly decreased my meat intake and increased my fruits and

vegetable intake, and most people would say I eat VERY healthy ...I'd say most

days

at least 50% of my diet has been cooked, and I have a long ways to go to be

where I want to be.

Thanks for your good advice about the green smoothies to give my system an

easier route to raw. Encouraged and inspired by all the talk of the master

cleanse, I'm considering doing for that for 10 days first.

Warmly,

Denise
