Guest guest Posted April 7, 2006 Report Share Posted April 7, 2006 Hi everybody, I am new to the group and new to raw. I have been trying to go raw for about 2 months and it has been hard. I can go days doing just fine and then I will start to eat cooked food again...I love sweet potatoes and beans. I am trying not to eat too much fruit, and eat more vegetables. I do not have a juicer or dehydrator. I only have a blender. I live on a tight budget so right now I can only focus on getting organic foods and eating then whole or make smoothies in my blender. I don't mind, but it is the cooked food cravings that want help with. Does anyone have any advice on how I can stay raw. I want to get to 90% raw, with the goal of going 100%.
