She wondered if she could put Salmon in the dehydrator and just heat it to 115 degrees and would it still be " good " for you. (I think she was thinking it would spoil?)> Thin sliced salmon raw is excellent - and she can put the namu shoyu sauce on. I would however be sure of the freshness and ocean salmon.
