Bill, my sister wants to go raw but she doesn't want to give up her fish.

What kind should I suggest to her to eat? She wondered if she could put

Salmon in the dehydrator and just heat it to 115 degrees and would it still

be

" good " for you. (I think she was thinking it would spoil?)

What do you eat and how often do you eat your fish?

Thanks in advance

Judy

You can eat the salmon raw..if it is fresh..but the problem with fish and any

animal meat product is that it spoils very quickly if left at room temp..and it

could develop bad micro organisms...you can salt it and put it in the fridge for

24 hours,,,or eat it raw and fresh as sushi...I get my salmon fresh...freeze it

for 24 hours then defrost it and make sushi out of it...v nice

I eat Salmon whenever I can be fairly sure it's not farmed. I also

eat brown rice, etc. Whenever the situation arises I don't worry.
