Hello Family,

Well it's day 10 and the end of my first formal cleanse is coming.

Right now I'm in a " rush " to do what I discovered this morning I had

failed to pay too much attention to, the laxatives.

Soooooo, in my case, two weeks ago I did a three day cleanse. No

tea, just the " lemon/maple/cayenne " etc.

That went well, tastes fine. Done deal.... Or so I thought.

The beginning of this 10-day cleanse has been great as you may have

been following. I had a record breaking evening at the gym the

other night on day-8 with a lifetime best, at the age of 50, in a

weight lifting discipline etc.

My bowel movements to that day had only occurred on day(s) 4,7,8. I

had not been taking any laxitives. Seeing that I have been

basically a (let me try to spell this right) " pesca/vegan " or

someone who avoids milk, dairy, meat but dabbles in fish... (whew)

NOW, last night, on " night-9 " I took a heaping tablespoon of my

tried and proven " Super Colon Cleasnse " (tradename) powder before I

went to bed thinking it was a waste of time for I had not had any

real " movement " so I thought pipes were empty.

WRONG...

I had a huge passage early this morning confirming that the

" lemon/maple/cayenne " alone will not dislodge remaining residue(s)

from inside.

Seeing that, I took some more this morning and had yet another

" passage " again of mucus and I'm taking a little more powder today

and this evening to try and " catch-up " with the oppurtunity given on

this last day of my fast. Tomorrow will be my first food day.

In a month or so I'll do at least another 10-day, maybe 20-day and

closely chart strength and muscle performance and will include the

colon cleanses too via the powder.

The ingrediants of the powder are similar to the tea, fennel etc.
