At Wed, 5 Apr 2006 it looks like Trish Burrows composed:

> Bill, I know you are getting ready to come off your fast and wondered what you

will do since the " soup " recipe that they recommend appears to be a cooked soup.

I am ready to start my fast tomorrow and eager to learn what you do and others

as you work back to your normal raw diet from your fasting.

To be honest with you Trish, I am not fully raw. Pescatarian would

best describe me. I eat some fish maybe once every two weeks on

average, sometimes more, somtimes less, non-farmed salmon to be exact.

From all the research I've done since being raw, and currently 1/2

through reading about the lifestyles of the people of Okinawa (the

oldest " recorded " people as a whole on earth) in the book " The

Okinawa Program " I have loosened up a bit on how strict I am on

myself.

And of course, I only speak for myself on this too. :)
