I never have felt better in my life; you may have heard that many

times, and in my case it's true. Living in Paradise, surrounded by

beautiful mountains and eating the freshest food possible. I am a

member of a living food community since February of last year.

Tanglewood is an intentional community that operates a cleansing and

healing retreat center where we provide supervised water fasts and

support each other in practicing natural health and healing. This

includes a diet of 100% raw, locally grown produce. Come and

experience for yourself the amazing effects that our practices will

have on your health.
