This past weekend I had company and my meals were not what I would normally eat.

One of my house guest (my sister) is a terrible eater, won't try anything

healthy,; is over weight, always tired and grumpy. Imagine why???? Well, the

other house guest does eat healthier however not always raw, this is my mother.

On my last visit to my mother's house I took lots of fresh fruits and veggies so

most of my meals could be raw. I left the extra food with her and she commented

how many salads she had been eating and how much better she had been feeling.

I cooked several dishes that I thought my sister would eat, even though a good

fast would have done wonders for her. I ate some of this food and boy could I

tell a difference in my energy. Going back to raw yesterday when they left felt

like the only thing to do. I also had fixed some raw dishes and my mother loved

them. She went through my raw cook book I am complying of all the great things

this group is sharing and made copies of things for her to try. I had an extra

dehydrator and sent it home with her. She loves to try new things and at 75

yrs. of age is very healthy and active.

Experiencing the difference is something I feel everyone needs to do for

themselves as that difference would really make them think twice before they put

cooked and/or processed foods in their mouth.
