Guest guest
I figure veganaise very well could be raw - perhaps aside from the vineger - but was wondering if anyone on here knew.
Guest guest
Leslie, Veganaise is yummy. I used to buy the grapeseed oil variety by the quart. I e-mailed the company and they assured me that many of the ingredients are cooked. They did say it's vegan and " good for you " . I disagree there, but that's the difference between them and me. Guest guest
Here is Chad Sarno's recipe for Horseradish Creme. It was tangy and creamy and I could see using it instead of a mayo type spread. He served it on top of walnut-portobello croquettes with " caramelized " onion, and it was out of this world! 2 c coconut meat (he said you could also substitute extra cashews if you didn't have coconut) 1/4 c cashew soaked 10-12 hrs 3 T olive oil 1 T lemon juice 1 T agave 2 cloves garlic 2 T fresh horseradish shaved 1 t celtic sea salt In high speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth, may need to add water to get desired consistency. rawfood , jerushy1944 <no_reply wrote: > > Leslie, Veganaise is yummy.
