Vinegar in the laundry

I use it with the whites to brighten instead of bleach and I use it in the rinse

cycle on every load instead of fabric softner. I have an old downey ball from

before I was aware of toxic household items... I put the vinegar in the ball, up

to the same fill line as the softener would have been... and toss it in the

wash. No more downey, no more dryer sheets, No more perfume / chemcial smell on

our clothes. Just clean. And its cheaper than name brand dyer sheets.

" What do you do with it in the laundry? "

It's good for taking perspiration odor out of fabric. I think it also

" boosts " the cleaning power of detergent/soap so you don't have to use

as much. It's also good for completely rinsing shampoo out of your

hair.

Thanks! I'll have to put a gallon of white vinegar on my shopping

list!
