If you wish to believe that salt is good for you I will not try to dissuade you. We all have freedom of choice. I too have read all the writings of Cousens and Wolfe, done plenty of my own reasearch and I do not believe that Himalayan nor Celtic sea salt are any better for anyone than regular old table salt. They are all toxic, inorganic pieces of rocks. The human body is not designed to digest rocks. Doesn't matter how small it is smashed up. The human body does not use salt ever. It uses sodium ions, not angstrom sized sodium chloride, which is still an inorganic rock. Without the accompanying enzyme from the plant,...well enough said. As I stated we all have freedom of choice. I choose not to be a slave to salt. The body has no use for it. However, I do understand the need for proper nutrients which most people will not find unless they live near an organic farmer or grow their own foods wisely. You can't really supplement these things as all supplements are mostly inorganic or dead. There is a better way but that is up to each individual to find for themselves;.
