(A) I make the salad of my choice (big green 8 part salad) (B) Take a handful of frozen fruit such as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, pineapple (all from trader-joes or safeway) and throw them on top. Since I make my salads in the morning or sometimes the night before work, the berries get a chance to thaw, then when I go to eat them I simply break the berries with my fork, the natural juices ooze all over the salad and I get a great 'fruit rinse' from it all. That juice, along with the juice from the baby tomatos and moist avocados, and the juicy celery help make a great salad. My salad consists of, but are not limited to: (stacked from the bottom up) baby spinach shredded carrots sliced celery crumbled walnuts sunflower seeds raisins tomato avocado fresh fruit (mentioned above) and sometimes a sprinkle of coconut shavings. I also, on the majority of occassions, prep the salad with a 45/45/10 mix of my salad dressing of: 45% apple cider vinegar (or black raspberry vinegar) 45% olive oil 10% nama shoyu I take a round 6 " squirt bottle and mix the above with two ink marks, one at 2-1/2 " one at 5 " and the rest is soy-sauce. Don't let the percentages scare ya! (giggle) -- Bill Schoolcraft | http://wiliweld.com " If your life was full of nothing but sunshine, you would just be a desert.
