Guest guest
I also find breakfast to be the easiest meal to do raw. I have fruit (another Fit For Life person here) until lunch, and I have a huge salad then. (Though I recently had a doctor tell me that having fruit all morning is very unhealthy and bad for insulin levels. When I told him it seemed to work beautifully for me, he said, " well, yeah, on the outside maybe... but what's it doing to your insides? " My thought was, whatever was happening on the inside would be reflected on the outside and there is certainly no arguing with how I feel... so, I'm not sure what the heck he was talking about.) ANYWAY, it's dinner that *I* have the most trouble with, and it doesn't help that my dear husband is constantly pushing spaghetti and garlic bread! haha I work all day and go to school, so I don't have a lot of time to prepare fancy meals right now. I think he's wanting something more substantial than I have the time to create or that he has the motivation to learn how to make. I keep telling him that if he'll only make enough money so that I can stay home then I'm happy to make all manner of gourmet foods for him! So far, it's not a big enough incentive! Boo!
