Actually, one would be nicely surprised by the added taste the

smallest amount of " dulse " (crushed/powdered seaweed) gives to a

dish. I have found that if you don't mention it to someone they

will mention to you how GREAT it tastes and what type of seasoning

are you using?

So how much would you use? I've never used it before, but I love

seaweed in general!
