And it's only 1/4 of a lemon! I often wonder about Lemon peel..lemon zest... if the lemons have pesticides on them... why do we use the peels?? I am sure washing does not get all the pesticides off... Even I am sure some of the organic ones have something on them,,, pruegert <pruegert wrote: No, it's not bitter at all!
