Challenge: Who among us is creative enough to invent raw French Fries that taste like the real thing? Guest guest Posted March 28, 2006 Report Share Posted March 28, 2006 Well first french fries are fried in lard the best (hey McDonalds can recreate it......), you have to crust (fry) the outside of the potato (stick) and leave the inside mush... I wouldn't try to recreate it..... Just have to sneak one once in a while..... I'm sorry you can't make a a perfectly good junk food into a GOOD food..
