I eat there all the time, at the one on 20th and Harrison in my

native San Francisco.

 

Ask me if I believe the blog about the waiter/waitress saying that?

 

I have see alot of staff there over the last two years, or close to

two years since they opened and I just don't give too much validity

to all the things I read.

 

As for salt, I have never tasted anything too salty there, seasoned,

yes, too salty, no.

 

As a matter of fact, it is one of the few places that actually have

some Spanish based dishes that have some " kick " to them! Those are

" raw " dishes too.

 

They have only one or two (cooked) vegan dishes, and that is because

of the quinoa or red/brown rice.
