In the > newspaper article, they seem to use a lot of salt. I eat there all the time, at the one on 20th and Harrison in my native San Francisco. Ask me if I believe the blog about the waiter/waitress saying that? I have see alot of staff there over the last two years, or close to two years since they opened and I just don't give too much validity to all the things I read. As for salt, I have never tasted anything too salty there, seasoned, yes, too salty, no. As a matter of fact, it is one of the few places that actually have some Spanish based dishes that have some " kick " to them! Those are " raw " dishes too. They have only one or two (cooked) vegan dishes, and that is because of the quinoa or red/brown rice.
