I am assuming that, when people (here) talk about hydrogen peroxide,

and they are not talking about their skin or their hair color, they

are talking about FOOD GRADE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE.

If you walk into a credible health FOOD store, and you ask for FOOD

GRADE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE, they should know what you are talking about.

I would not consider ingesting drug store hydrogen peroxide.

I just got this fool idea the first time I heard the words " FOOD GRADE

HYDROGEN PEROXIDE " when I was fooling around in a health food store

and someone came in and asked for it and said she was interested in

using it internally (for parasites)

I went home and read up adn went back and got some (woo! it is a

powerful way to rid oneself of parasites and candida -- there are

easier ways-- but it is good if you are really serious and willing to

go the distance)

No... do not use pharmacy grade. Use food grade

Just a note of caution about storing food grade hydrogen peroxide -

speaking from recent experience....

I had an unopened bottle, still wrapped in a plastic bag from the

health food store, stored in a kitchen cabinet. Unbeknownst to me,

there was an imperceptible leak in the bottom of the bottle. Over

time, the leaking peroxide tore through the plastic bag and ate away

at the cabinet shelf - totally ruined it before I noticed. I have a

new cabinet box on order to the tune of $450!!

I would advise putting a metal or glass saucer under the bottle.

And the above demonstration of strength warrants the reading of some

literature as to the amount to use of this product. I read these

two books, good reads.
