Guest guest
Has anyone used frozen wheat grass juice I buy it and use it but am unsure how much of the benefits it reatains since wheat grass loses its potency amazingly quickly. I hope I am not wasting my money for empty nutrient wheat grass juice Ang Jen Lynn <jenfly777 rawfood Tue, 21 Mar 2006 09:25:59 -0800 (PST) Re: [Raw Food] Disappointment (wheatgrass) Bill, Very cool! I'm just one day ahead of you. Had another 2 oz shot of wheatgrass (i have to go to juice bars for this). I'm doing very nicely on this master cleanse, although i'm not sure if i'll continue the whole ten days (...I'm kind of tired of this whole " health thing " - all the time it takes, and having my family think i've gone overboard...). What about you, how are you feeling on this cleanse? Jen Bill Schoolcraft <Bill wrote: At Mon, 20 Mar 2006 it looks like Jen Lynn composed: > Jen, > > How ironic! I started the master cleanse yesterday too. I'm just modifying it a bit (like having a shot of wheatgrass today) Sorry that you'll have to wait another time. Keep trying to eat healthy, you have support! > I too started on Monday, and I too did my shot of wheatgrass. The reason I had no problem doing that is that in the master cleanse book mention is made that drinking " mint " tea is fine due to it's chlorophyll. And if chlorophyll is " ok " then wheatgrass seems allowable in my eyes. Wheatgrass in general, after juicing, starts diminshing to the point where they (scientific community) suggest to drink it within the first 30 minutes of juicing. I do stunt the growth of wheatgrass trays when I overplant by putting the whole flat into the fridge, it buys me a day or two of life so I can finish juicing the other trays ahead of it. Other than that, I have no other personal experience with cold and wheatgrass. -- Bill Schoolcraft | http://wiliweld.com " If your life was full of nothing but sunshine, you would just be a desert.
