Jen > Jen, Just a little comment on the " body heat " subject. About three, make that four, years ago I started on what became a three year involvement doing " Bikram Yoga " and being one that frequents the gym, lift weights, there was a " conflict " of major forces there -- gym would tighten me up, yoga would try and loosen me up. Get the picture? Anyway, one of the few yoga instructors who did in fact lift weights " and " was still buffed, saw my dismay in not being able to " grab " the poses and told me to stop lifting weights for two months till I could " grab " the poses, then I could resume lifting. Guess what happened when I stopped lifting weights? I WAS FREEZING ALL THE TIME! That's right... I'd wake up in the morning freeeeezing, cold all day, cold at night... it was really confusing me. Then I exercised, lifted some weights, not much, just some. And would you believe it, my " core " heat came back. It was amazing. So now I just keep the " heat " on by doing exercise, hard exercise, on a regular basis. I felt a bit of a chill come on yesterday but it was squashed with a trip to the gym That's my story. -- Bill Schoolcraft | http://wiliweld.com " If your life was full of nothing but sunshine, you would just be a desert.
