Guest guest Posted March 21, 2006 Report Share Posted March 21, 2006 Sure it's so easy. I made it under 5 minutes. Crust: 2 cups walnuts, 1/2 cup dates. Process and press into pie plate Filling: 1 cup distilled water 1 cup raisins 5 apples, peeled and cored 2 TB ground flax seeds 1/2 cup dry coconut powder ( I didn't use any) 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp allspice 1 Lemon, juice of Process all filling ingredients and spoon into crust. It says to chill, but I preferred it room temp or warmer- I put it by my running dehydrator to warm it- YUM I used cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice cause that's what I had Top with flaked coconut- I didn't Thanks to Messy Cook from recipezarr!
