I blew it yesterday, and ended up having some cookies (Lemon Pastry Girl Scout

Cookies) and two bowls of Count Chocula cereal last night before bed. I woke up

this morning feeling very sleepy and foggy headed, and I can't get going.

I'm wondering if I'm sensitive to grains? I have today planned out, so as long

as I don't blow it I'll manage 100% today...but all the talk of people realizing

they were sensitive to something and they hadn't known it before has me

wondering... When I realized that pancakes in the morning usually gave me mood

swings, it became easy to quit eating them. I haven't had much luck so far

convincing myself that cooked foods just aren't healthy for me, because it's

kinda vague...but maybe I can pinpoint specifically what various foods do to me,

then it'll make going raw easier....

Sorry for rambling...lol..wish ya'll could see Logan and Megan wandering down

the hallway with the guitars singing about how they wish it was sunny outside!

Beth,

You might want to consider what the sugar in your foods is doing. All the

splurges that you listed (cookies, cereal, pancakes) have a lot of sugar in

them. High sugar concentrations will cause you to crash as your insulin

levels rise. I am hypoglycemic and when my blood-sugar gets out of balance I

get fatigued and confused. It definitely affects your mental capacity.
