The advantage of Hatha, I think, is that you can do it at home. for Hot Yoga, you need a studio. Guest guest Posted March 20, 2006 Report Share Posted March 20, 2006 if you go to walmart and get an inexpensive portable heater, you can do what I do when I want to sweat to some yoga.. close off the bedroom, crank up the heater, and if you have a gap under your door, stuff a towel against it.
