ME and Hatha Yoga

Thanks for educating me.

It sounds like Hatha yoga is for you what Bikram is for me. The

advantage of Hatha, I think, is that you can do it at home. for Hot

Yoga, you need a studio. Well, okay, in high summer, my apartment

might be hot enough (tee hee)

if you go to walmart and get an inexpensive portable heater, you can do what I

do when I want to sweat to some yoga..

 

close off the bedroom, crank up the heater, and if you have a gap under your

door, stuff a towel against it.

 

And yes....it gets plenty hot!
