When I need a quick pick me up - I will just mix a tsp of the green drink in

distilled water.

It really helps me in a fix. I know how it helps - so my mind doesn't care

that it isn't simply delicious. What it does to help me matters more.

Every morning - we put about 2 cups distilled water in the Vita mix - then

always use

2 handfuls of organic mixed greens and a handful of spinach. I add 2

bananas and then something else - sometimes - strawberries, mango, etc etc.

Then I put in 2 scoops of the Green drink. Now we are getting about 18

different greens each morning. I could

have never done it without the " GREEN DRINK " .

Good stuff.

This is almost identical to what I drink every morning, except I do not add any

scoops of anything. I used to and for some reason one day I didn't and I felt

much better. Go figure! I think it has something to do with our transitioning.

I'm not saying I'll never put anything in my green smoothies, but for now it's

just straight organic, raw produce.

My other favorite is 2 cups water, 1/2 head of romaine, 1 banana, and 1/2 a ripe

pineapple. Lasts me all day.
