Hello!

I'm new to the group and want to tell you how excited I am about being

newly raw. My husband and I started one week ago. We are going for

this in a big way and both feel terrific from the change.

I do have one question........I have been waking up in the middle of

every night with an intense cramp in my calf. I have to jump out of

bed and walk around to make it go away. Is this some sort of detox

sign? Any input is welcome.

Thank you in advance and looking forward to reading more....

Best health....

CRAMPING IS NORMALLY A SIGN OF DEHYDRATION. ARE YOU DRINKING ENOUGH ?

Thanks Robert,

Indeed I have been drinking a fairly decent amount of spring water

everyday. However, perhaps it's still not enough. I've also slacked

off on my exercise routine. But I am pretty active in my daily regime

and I have a hunch you hit the nail on the water head. I will up my

daily amount and see if it goes away.

Thanks so much!

ps. We've just come back from shopping and have bought our first goji

berries and flax seed crackers (raw food approved). Wow! Our

dehydrator is arriving early next week and I can't wait!!!!
