For the " purists " , who don't like dehydrating....

I purchased an interesting book today -- its recipes require only a

food processor, a blender, and a juicer.

It is called Raw Food Made Easy, by Jennifer Cornbleet.

I went shopping today - they just opened a Trader Joe's in Manhattan

-- can you believe that New York City! did not have one?!!! Anyway, I

went in there, but it was too busy.. I could not stay to buy anything.

I would have bought some REALLY cheap avocadoes -- I could not

believe that price!-- but I would have had to stand in a line that

wrapped entirely around the store and actually impeded shopping. Now

I have to remember what people have said on-line about Trader Joe's

and why I wanted to go there in the first place and why I was feeling

deprived.

They did not have flaxseed.

So, then I went to Barnes and Noble, and they only had three books,

one of which I already had. I picked this book.

I went to Integral Yoga bookstore, and there I saw some I have seen

recommended here -- I will put those on the wish-list - some of them

looked good.

If you forget the name of the book I have mentioned here, I will have

posted it to the book database so you can access it any time.

Another good one is Instant Raw Sensations by (who else?) Frederic

Patenaude.
