Seasoning dehydrated foods

I've found that the taste needs to be just short of bland when

seasoning foods that I'm dehydrating. The flavors can be overpowering

when concentrated.

That is good information, Tommie, and I will remember it. I am sure the corn

chips won't get wasted as I will just use them in salads and with dips. Emma

(my golden) loved them crumbled over her food.
