Guest guest
Hi evreyone, It may be too early to ask questions since I have started raw food diet only 3 days ago. But as you all know, there times in life that you are 100 per cent sure that you have taken the right path and there is no turning back. So far I am incrediblye happy with my new diet and can feel my life is chancing very fast in a very pozitive way. My questions are: 1. There is a tremendous fall in my appetite, I eat a lot less than I used to do. Lunchs are ok, (even then I dont realy feel hungry, just see the necessity of eating), but in the evenings, and to some extent in the mornings, I dont feel like eating at all. Is that normall? 2. Being very competetive person by nature (that's what I use to think anyway), I am suprised that I don't enjoy any competiveness at all. It's a big change for me, is that something to do with my diet? 3. Do you stick to your raw diet? What I mean, Are you not eating foods like lentils, beans ect at all? I am very happy to find this group and very eager to be more concious about my diet. Life, love and light MS
Guest guest
Good morning, MS! It's never too early to ask questions. The better you can do in the beginning, the better off you'll be. 1. You may need to consciously eat at first to keep your calories adequate. Raw food has a lot more bulk than cooked and it's easy to feel full before you've had enough. 2. Part one: I feel a lot more " mellow " than I used to. A lot of rage and competitive spirit can be attributed to diet, I believe. Part two: Lentils and beans need to be sprouted to eat raw. I don't eat them, myself, because I don't like the " beany " taste. That's a personal choice. Next week, I'll be doing a green cleanse and couldn't eat them, anyway, so I won't be sprouting any. Good luck on your raw life!
