Guest guest
When I was eating cooked, I didn't even like oatmeal unless it had everything but the kitchen sink in it. Something I've learned is that you don't even have to _have_ oatmeal to make a good, satisfying breakfast dish. Soak raisins overnight. In the morning, peel two or three bananas for each serving. Put on a plate and mash with a potato masher or fork. Don't mash too much. You want to leave some texture. Mix in the raisins (I like to use the soak water, too), put in a bowl and enjoy. If you want, you can add cinnamon, nutmeg, whatever. I like it just the way it is!
Guest guest
What form of oatmeal are you using? Soaked oat groats? Or really raw rolled oats? If they're really raw rolled oats, where are you getting those? Guest guest
I don't use any grains except for sweet corn, occasionally. The bananas are the " oatmeal " .
