Guest guest
I usually just sit back, listen & learn and have enjoyed everyone comments, recipes and stories. Now I need some more information. I have been researching the benefits of purple corn and was hoping to get some feed back and comments. One of the site with some good info is from herbalgram.org - _http://www.herbalgram.org/herbalgram/articleview.asp?a=2779_ (http://www.herbalgram.org/herbalgram/articleview.asp?a=2779) . Anyway, I have dried whole purple corn and according to directions, you can soak 2 - 3 times for the purple water and then you can use the kernal in crackers, pates, etc. Would the corn still be " good " after soaking 3 days? Some of the recipes for the chicha morada sound really good. If anyone has any other info, recipies uses etc. please let me know. There are so many new things out there to try...... Thanks, Mindi Yuma, AZ
