It just lacks credibility. The " science " is inaccurate at best and the

writing style is wishy-washy to the point of being new-agey. You know it's

going to be bad when the author spells the word " lose " with an extra 'o' (as

" loose " ) and the error gets by the editing department.

Re: Can’t get into DEEP sleep, PLEASE HELP!!!

Minnie,

I'm no expert but I've been doing some research on wheatgrass juice.

What I've found is one source that says it's a sleep aid but then lots

of others saying that it cuts down on the need for sleep. I'm

wondering if it cuts down on the ability for some people to sleep? You

could try cutting down on the quantity you're drinking or cutting it

out for a few days and see if that helps.

Good luck!

Re: Chili Beans

Sorry about that! It isn't a written down recipe. I just throw it

together and it's sure and certain I'll forget something. But now you

know... :)

Re: Natural colon cleanse - Margaret

Thanks, Margaret!

That helps a lot. I just may give it a try very soon.

I can only access my email while working my 9-5 job (opposite of most others!),

so I have yet to catch up with any other comment made on this topic (I also

asked if agave could be used in lieu of maple).

Well, Tiffany, let's put it this way. The internist wanted me

to do a number of chemical laxatives and enemas in the days preceding

the colonoscopy. She told me that, if I did not do all those things,

she would not be able to do the colonoscopy, because my intestine

would not be clean enough for her to see anything.

I did not want to take all those chemicals into my body, and, besides,

I had to work, and I would not be able to be doing a chemical enema

every two hours (or something like that) on the day of the colonoscopy

(I could not afford to take the day off)

I did the Master Cleanser, and there sure was a lot of gunk that came

out. It took about three days for my " emission " to be " clear " , i.e.,

since I was doing the Master Cleanser, no solids were going in, and,

finally, after three days, no solids were coming out, either.

As they say, " your mileage may vary " ... I have done Master Cleanse

pretty regularly for quite a few years, so there isn't normally a

whole lot of build-up, as there would be with a person doing it for

the first time.

I hope this helps.

Margaret
