Growing seed mix PLEASE HELP!!

I bought some testing seeds while I was waiting for my bulk seed mix of

Red Clover, Alfalfa, Radish, Red Lentil, Green Lentil. I thought there

would be instructions, there's not. My testing seeds aren't doing so

great only half grew. I obviously need HELP! I have instructions from

my wheatgrass book on how to do wheatgrass, but not the seed mix.

Should I do it the same, soak, sprout, and then plant or what? I am

using these seeds to grow baby sprouts for Ann Wigmore's Energy Soup.
