Guest guest
It's true that you're either 100% raw or you're not like you are either pregnant or you're not. That doesn't mean that you should give up because you can't do it right now. There are plenty of people who are thriving on " high raw " vegan. Maybe they don't enjoy all of the benefits of being 100% but it's better than eating SAD or even vegetarian SAD. I was fully prepared to transition over a period of years and I was shocked and amazed that it took me a matter of days. I'm not perfect. I eat 'way too much salt. I use olive oil more than I should (if I were really honest I don't need any at all of either one ). I eat too late in the day. There are lots of " shouldn'ts " so I'm a long way from having perfected my diet. I may never but it's sure and certain that I'm better off than I used to be. Hang in there. You don't have to make it today or tomorrow or even next year. What's important is if you are headed in the right direction. Don't let lapses get you down. Get up and go on if you " fall off the wagon " . Keep on keeping on! Tommie http://www.rawburchard.blogspot.com rawfood , Kristi <pixiechik wrote: > > May I recommend this group?
