Guest guest
In my experience with raw food coaching clients, friends and myself, there is a tremendous difference in results between 80% and 100% raw. Eating 80% raw is a good start. You'll be doing much better than most of the population and you'll feel much better. But then again, how does one even determine 80% raw? The major or breakthrough benefits only happen when you go 100% or close to 100% raw. A few slightly cooked condiments here and there are not the end of the world. But you basically want to get to the point where you don't think of cooked food as food. It's more accurately called, cooked matter. My raw food mentor was 75% raw for at least 20 years before he went back to eating 100% raw. It was a night and day difference for him in results. He went through a heavy detox at first. For me going 100% raw was a powerful change. I got much better results than eating 80% raw. There's no comparison. Also it's not that difficult to go 100% raw if you have the right information and support. I provide an affordable way for people to get that support and the psychological and dietary tricks to make going 100% raw easy. One major problem with going only 80% raw is that you never overcome your addiction to cooked food. But once you've done 100% raw for a couple of months, it starts becoming a habit and you're body doesn't even want you to go back to eating cooked. I have a special audio program that shows people how to get past the first 30-Days of going 100% raw. Once you've done that you've done the hard part.
