I dont have a Dehydrator so I have checked out my oven Bosch..I can

turn on the Fan and switch to minimum heat (below 50)..

I have put a thermometer in the Oven and it reads in a range between 36-

40. I think that should be ok for raw foods, making biscuits etc...has

anyone tried this method at all...would appreciate for any comments

50 C=122 F. How much less is below 50? You could get a thermometer to

see. There are contradicting beliefs about whether the maximum temp

should be 105 F (41.5 C), 108 (42 C), or 115 (46 C) or anywhere in

between.

I haven't tried that method since I have been eating raw. The very

lowest my oven would go still heated the food enough to kill the

enzymes. That's how I treated my okra before I would dehydrate it. My

oven isn't marked for any lower than 200 F. The very lowest setting is

just " Warm " so that doesn't help much!

Good luck and let us know how it turns out it you try it!
