Guest guest
MASTER CLEANSE: How about organic raw agave nectar? I prefer the taste of that over honey even! Wouldn't agave be more nutritious than maple? ION CRYSTAL: I used to operate a negative ion generator until I heard bad press on it more than twice from different sources at different times. It was said to be a form of radiation that damages DNA! Anybody have any thoughts on this?? Sherry <dobeythehouseelf wrote: I have a quick question about the master cleanse.....Does it have to be maple syrup???? Is there any substitute for this ingredient? Wouldn't raw honey be just as sweet? Or is there something in the maple syrup that has to do with the cleanse? I just cant get maple syrup very easily and it is pretty expensive on my budget, honey would be easier and less fuss, but I don't know if this would change the cleanse...any opinion on this would be welcome! Also...someone gave me a Himalayan Salt Crystal Lamp. It is supposed to release negative ions into the air. Anyone had any experience with this? The Master Cleanser has been around for more than 30 years. It works the way it is made. This is not a cracker recipe or a smoothie recipe that you can alter as you see fit. The recipe is marvelously simple and effective. Of course, if you are not looking to have the results, then you can do anything you please to the recipe. There is more than just drinking the " lemonade " . You also have to drink a quart of lukewarm salt water every morning. Yes. Can you use flavored salt, or maybe soy sauce? No. Just sea salt. Every morning. Even if you are on a limited salt diet. If you read the book Healing for the Age of Englightenment, by Stanley Burroughs, you may be able to come to understand the purpose of this fact and the reasons for the ingredients as they are. It also gives suggestions for coming off the fast. Margaret

Guest guest
Your personal advice to my questions are so appreciated! You humbled me at the same time as making me LOL, esp. after: " ...This is not a cracker recipe or a smoothie recipe that you can alter as you see fit. " But one more question of the same type...can I use Himalayan Crystal Salt instead of Sea Salt? Thanks again, Tiffany Margaret Gamez <mgamez1 wrote: Tiffany wrote: > MASTER CLEANSE: How about organic raw agave nectar? I prefer the taste of that over honey even!
