Guest guest
I tired this recipe that someone put up...( I apologize that I don't remember who posted it....but one of you deserves the credit......)--but I didn't use their exact recipe...I altered it as follows! Anyways, it was easy and my crackers came out pretty good. I used: 2 cups soaked flax seed (2 hrs) 2 table spoons or so of Minced Garlic Lemon juice spritz splash of braggs couple of pinches of taco seasoning ( I know...BOO HISS)-- Fresh cilantro: a handful or so before chopping it up 1/2 of an onion (your choice) Chopped I threw it all in the food processor and whirled it till it screamed...LOL~ Spread on teflex and dehydrate on a lower setting, I dried them over night! I started the whole thing around noon or so and before bed, I turned all the crackers over and transferred them from the teflex to the tray. I have been enjoying them with some guacamole and or salsa and I even tried a little humus on them. I have found with Flax seed crackers that......there are not my favorite by themselves....but if you use them for dipping, the fill the " something crunchy " craving! Enjoy, Peace to one and all Brings words and photos together (easily) with PhotoMail - it's free and works with Mail.
