Guest guest
I have received so much information and I cut and paste every bit of it! You should see my files now. Please - submit your delicious cracker recipes. I hate reading them from books - I want to know what is really great. Your experience means everything to me. You keep me going. I am now on my 3rd week. My husband is on his 2nd week. Judy

I am going with Judy. I have a new Excalibur dehydrator, and it seems that I have to try everything I see in cookbooks at least twice to get it right -- and then only because I alter the recipes based on what I know and what I have seen happen. I have made one session worth of crackers... I think there is a better way, and I am going to experiment. The crackers I did make are quite different from the recipe because I did not trust the recipe entirely. They turned out reasonably well. As soon as I figure out a way to put down the variations in a coherent form, I will post the recipe. If you have any good cracker recipes, I'd really love to hear about them. I'm particularly interested in crackers which contain mostly (or all) vegetables. Meanwhile... I am working from Day One of this list and posting all recipes I find at the list website, in the files section. There is a goodly selection of recipes already. As I find more, I will post more. Please post recipes. Margaret
