Guest guest
Margaret, that's 3/4 cup flaxseeds (when you ground them up it measures to a cup) and 1/2 cup of hemp seeds. I don't know if you can substitute flax seed for the hemp seed. I personally think the flaxseed should kepted, but the recipe can be experimented with, and still turn out quite nicely. Hope they turned out good! Jen Margaret Gamez <mgamez1 wrote: Jen, I went to put this cracker recipe in the list files, but found that I wasn't sure about a couple of measurements.
