Guest guest Posted February 25, 2006 Report Share Posted February 25, 2006 Actually, I have never taken a yoga class in my life. I have been studying 15 years, self-taught. I do get in at least a few yoga poses everyday. Some days I can do it, and other days it is like, " There is just no way. " Even Shavasanah hurts. The posts on the yoga have helped to inspire me to keep sticking with it though. I will try to eat more often. Truth is, I just usually don't feel like eating.
