Guest guest
Hi all. I am home with a new baby, and I am not having any troubles in the kitchen except for the fact that i am in the kitchen A LOT!!! How do you keep the expense down? It is expensive to be healthy, but then again you can't put a price tag on your health. What are your favorite web sites for purchasing items, that are not going to break my wallet? How do you save time..... It is GREAT fun to experiment and taste, but I also have 2 other children and a husband who thinks that I have gone completely NUTS! I just ordered a dehydrater and a better blender... ( i ruined my hamiliton beach blender... OOPS! ) thanks for the support sherri www.RN4u2.com
Guest guest
Sherri Sprouting is the cheapest way to get your healthy food. Can't live on them entirely but they can go a long way and all you need are some jars. Cheers Kirk - Sherri rawfood Tuesday, February 21, 2006 7:53 PM [Raw Food] NEW too!! Hi all.
