Guest guest
Mineral Broth Recipe: Put the following in a non aluminum pan: 4 potatos (I usually use red) 2 carrots roughly chopped 2 - 3 spears celery roughly chopped couple handfuls greens (I ususally use Kale and Parsley) Add onion, garlic, celtic sea salt, lemon juice, cayenne to taste Fill distilled or filtered water to the top of veggies in pan. Simmer for 30 minutes. Broth should be warm to touch, but not hot. Strain the veggies, throw away or use for non-raw family members, and drink the broth. Broth should last for 2 to 3 days in the fridge. Avoid re-heating it. When it is dark enough you can see the stars Mail Use Photomail to share photos without annoying attachments.
