Mushrooms don't do a thing for me. I am kind of a weirdo. Get high off raw

chocolate, not mushrooms. I am not allergergic to poison ivy or poison oak, but

synthetic blankets make me unable to breathe at night....

Are you supposed to peel these things? (The raw cocoa nibs? I thought they

were already peeled) They look way too small to peel... the size of dried

cranberries, real tiny.

Someone asked about legume sprouts, yeah, I have had them. I like all kinds of

sprouts, in a huge salad with lots of seaweed. Grind up some wheat sprouts and

dehydrate those...into little breads.

And for keeping veges fresh, there are these green bags you can buy---got mine

at the health food store. They are called Evert-fresh bags. There are ten in a

pack for $5.

They really work!

I found a seal-a-meal gadget at a yard sale. Its supposed to be helpful that

way too.

But I haven't tried it yet...

<<<your beans must be better than mine, jack

i have had varied experience with the little beans

i soak them overnight until i can get off the most bitter outter shell

(doesn't work with the teeny tiny little pieces)

i scrape them off with a paring knife

and i slowly chew pieces of one bean

and sometimes i can eat a few

but not lately...

i have to eat mushrooms

like everyone else >>>
